Returns
Any merchandise returned to Yaesu East without prior approval will not be accepted and credit will not be issued. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all authorized returns. A restocking charge will also apply to any items returned without original factory packaging or the packaging is damaged, missing or defaced. There are few exceptions to the restocking charge policy. The dealer or distributor will pay freight charges on returned items.
Products are eligible for return within 30 days of end user purchase. After the 30-day window, the radio must go back to the repair facility in Cypress, CA for repair.
After an RMA is received, units should be returned freight prepaid by sender to the following location:

*Units returned without an RMA will be rejected. Units must be returned in like new condition complete in the box with all parts and accessories. To obtain an RMA, email orders@yaesueast.com.

*All Standard Horizon VHF radios come with a 3-year waterproof warranty; 1 year on accessories.
*Non-Warranty Service will be subject to flat rate pricing.
*Effective December 1, 2022 – Non-warranty labor rates will apply. Standard Horizon marine radio products will have a $75 flat rate price plus shipping.
Before sending your radio for repair, please contact our Customer Service Department by telephone or at the e-mail address below. Verify that warranty or billable service is available for your radio. To send in your radio for repair, please pack it carefully. Use the original packing materials, if available, and place it inside an additional box. Ship via UPS, preferably. Insure your shipment for the full replacement value. The shipping address is:
